Settings
There are two areas you can change settings to increase how many popularity points you get from completing tasks in the game. These areas are:
BEAUTY SALON
VOTING
BEAUTY SALON settings change how many points you gain by changing your appearance per change.
VOTING settings change how many points you earn by voting each time on other Lady's profile.
SOME TIPS & TRICKS:
Look at how much $money you want to spend and calculate how many points you want to gain per task.
If you are trying to gain maximum points in the beauty salon I suggest setting the points to cost half or a quarter of what you are williing to spend.
For voting, I suggest estimating how many Ladies you plan on voting for and splitting it by how much you want to spend.
You can always change your settings at any time.
Remember to ALWAYS change your settings back to the minimum cost after you finish completing your tasks. Especially when you are attending a party.
Click the little GEAR symbol on the Beauty Salon screen under you Lady's picture. Select how many points you want to earn per appearance change. The cost will go up the more points you gain per action, so keep that in mind.
DON'T FORGET to change it back to the lowest setting once you are finished.
Click the little GEAR symbol on the profile of the Lady you are voting on. The GEAR is located just to the left of the "Lady podium" heading.

Settings
Select how many points you want to earn per vote. The cost will go up the more points you gain per action, so keep that in mind.
DON'T FORGET to change it back to the lowest setting once you are finished.
Votes and Voting
Voting and receiving votes is a large part of Lady Popular. Voting is used for the following:
earning popularity points to use in raising your pop scores
win Lady Podium
win FTV Catwalk
win the Apartment Contest
generosity popularity can be increased by voting on other Ladies on each Lady's profile page.
Lady Podium is a weekly contest where Ladies that won the highest rating are shown. Rating of all Ladies is reset every Wednesday when the weekly winners are elected. The three winners receive unique crowns and emeralds as a reward. Once a Lady has won all the prizes in Lady Podium - gold, silver and bronze - other players are no longer able to vote for her.
FTV Catwalk is the place for the most glamourous Ladies in the game. Each month on 1st the three Ladies with highest rating win great rewards and take their place on the Catwalk. The three winners receive unique crowns and emeralds as a reward. Once a Lady has won all the prizes in FTV Catwalk - gold, silver and bronze - other players are no longer able to vote for her.
The Apartment Contest is the place where the most beautiful apartments in the game are shown. Each Monday afternoon the three apartments with highest rating are elected and their owners win great rewards. The three winners receive unique statuettes and emeralds as a reward. Once an apartment has won all the prizes in Apartment contest - gold, silver and bronze - other Ladies are no longer able to vote for it.

Asking for votes, indicating that you will return votes or any talk about voting can and will get you banned from playing Lady Popular. You can, however, use the following instead when visiting another Lady's page:
"Have a great day"
comment on the Lady's style
give good wishes
The best way to get votes is to vote on other Ladies pages and leave nice comments. Most will return votes to you. If you want to win any of the contests you must vote daily and vote until your comment limit has been reached. If you do this every day you will soon be in the upper ranks. If you are consistent other Ladies will see you are a daily voter and continue to vote for you.
Please do not give negative stars or negative comments.

Boyfriends
There are 25 boyfriends. You must get gifts from all 25 to get a proposal and have an engagement party. You will also win outfits as you progress through dating successfully.
Kisses raise the affection meter. You can kiss once every 8 hours.
Calls raise the happiness meter. You can call once every 4 hours.
Dates raise the happiness meter. You can keep going on dates but the cost of each date will increase.

Popularity Bonus
Gifts
Affection is given every time you kiss your boyfriend. As you gain affection points you will also recieve gifts. You can get three gifts per boyfriend.
Happiness is given when you call and go on a date with your boyfriend. Your boyfriend's happiness meter will tell you how happy he is. As long as his meter is above 50% you will get your points from giving affection. If his happiness falls below 50% you will get nothing. If it falls to 0% he will leave you and you will have to start the process all over again for that boyfriend.
Popularity bonus is given for each boyfriend you are dating. The type of bonus is different for each boyfriend. You get a 10% boost to one popularity type.
Gifts that you receive from your boyfriend after reaching certain affection goals are emeralds.
You will win outfits after you date (5) boyfriends in each category.
achievements from kisses, calls and gifts will reward you emeralds.
You can only become engaged after you have received all the gifts from all the boyfriends and have reached level 30.
Carnival
Playing carnival games is required for getting rewards from your Daily Tasks. The most productive time to play carnival games is after you have finished all your Fashion Arena duels and you are waiting for a photo session to end or searching for a SuperModel.
LUCKY CARDS
FASHION MACHINE
Lucky Cards can be played (3) times a day per stack and will cost $Dollars each time you play. After (3) times for each Card stack, it will cost you 3 diamonds per play. The card stack costs are as follows:
$100, $300, $500, $1000 and up... There are 7 stacks of cards. With each play you have a chance to win:

Fashion Machine will give you (3) free spins to start your game. After that you can use $300 for 3 spins and 3 energies for an additional 3 spins. After that it will cost 1 diamond a spin. To complete your daily task you must get all the numbers in one row, or all four corner numbers, or either of the two diagonal middle rows. To increase your odds of winning you can buy jokers with emeralds. I HIGHLY recommend investing in both types of jokers to guarantee wins.
